tail light problem on my 2011, f150 Lariat truck

2011 f150 Lariat Ford truck has tail light problem in
which the passenger side tail light does not work

I have a 2003 mercury marquis. and the anti freeze wants to leak out of the lower seal were the thermostat sits in that housing unit.How do i get at that lower seal out.? because it looks like it goes around and is attached to the motor.and some of the bolts look impossible to get off
