each dealership is different, once you get there, get a quote before you sign on the dotted line. Some have document fees, and maybe a handling fee. You always pay for title and state registration, plus state sales tax. If buying a new car, transportation costs.

Some new car dealerships add "bump stickers" to their vehicles that include additional unnecessary add-ons like paint sealant, undercoating, VIN security etching etc. Also their paper work documentation fees are usually well inflated. Extended warranty is another add- on that may or may not be of interest to you. Then there is freight which is usually part of the selling price. Finance charges, taxes (both sale and property) are also part of the sale.
