If i have to keep adding antifreeze often whats
wrong with car?

You have a leak in the coolant system. Could be a hose, gasket, radiator, coolant reservoir, heater core, head gasket etc. Find out where it is leaking and replace the part or parts. Then refill with the proper ratio of coolant to distilled water.
