Why were our previous reviews removed without question or notified to my business? It's hurting our business.
We had around 4 reviews that were verified and allowed to be on CarGurus.
However, we suddenly learned that those reviews were removed without
notification to us. As a result, it has negatively affected our sales due to the
rating dropping down. Also, we learned from our account manager that we
have a few more reviews pending from almost two weeks ago, and just
learned we needed to speak to the Data Integrity team. This service is
ridiculous and we need a solution to fix this!
