Question type: General

I have a potential buyer asking for me to fax my title and
registration to his bank. I know that this is not necessary
information in purchasing a vehicle. Should I continue
dealing with this person?

When it comes from a dealer, there are some lenders that will ask for a copy of title but not the registration. It's rare but does happen. But if this is a private sell this isn't usually normal....
