2009 journey wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've had switch replaced and it won't start
even in neutral. The only thing I've found
that works is to rock the car with the switch
all the way over like you're cranking it. After
a good rock it starts right up! Makes no
sense. Dodge needs to step up before
someone gets hurt.
