1997 Honda Civcp

i
my honda civcp 1997 started fine even idled fine while scrapping snow...leave
to go to town and in about 2 miles i stop at light and at take off i give it gas and
it acted as it had no power. it doesn't die but push gas and it boggles down. a
friend checked fuel filter and my plugs said they look good..

test for proper fuel pressure and strong spark , have someone rev the motor and see if a healthy blast of exhaust comes out the tailpipe the catalytic may be plugged
