1993 Chevy S10 blazer tahoe

Ok this is complicated. My blazer is a 2wd 4.3 5speed. The
transmission locked going 85 in interstate. I got a
transmission out of a Chevy truck it don't work it is 6in.  Too
long. So I got another one well he swapped them out it
cranked but the clutch popped and didn't do anything else
after. What does that mean?

it means a 24 year old blazer is not worth swapping trannys and you should have junked it and got something else , what does the frame on this look like is it rotted ?
