How does the rear wheel drive dodge charger
handle in the snow?

Generally, not very well (as most rear wheel cars). Does this Charger have a 'limited slip' differential? if it is a V6 model, it probably doesn't. An R/T or SRT would have a limited slip which will help since this will provide power to both rear wheels.
