Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2014 Ford Explorer xlt. The rear heater on
drivers side blows cold air while the passenger side
blows warm air. These are the heaters behind the
2nd row. All controls are set to heat and there is not
a dual control for the back. What might be causing
this?
