Question type: General

Injectors not getting signal. Plenty of pressure at rail. Injectors are dry. Engine will not hit at all unless fuel sprayed in intake. Checked all fuses and relays, replaced ECM

No injectors and a swapped ECM, sounds like PATs (your anti-theft) is activated. A good overview is PATs is here: http://www.fordforumsonline.com/threads/ford-anti-theft-pats.3332/

None of my p-71s has a chipped key. I have about 50 of these and this is the first time I have encountered this problem
