Can you hold a dealership liable for the advertised
price listed online?

Good luck with that, they will likely say it was an error in the ad.

If they argue too much even after you show them you could find a good lawyer and Sue for false advertising. Someone needs to do it Kia on University drive

Was told that the car i was buying at the dealership for 13995.00 was wat it was then i show them the price of the exact car vin # and all with the dealership logo under it they said that car gurus post stuff all the time that wasnt true from there dealership and i told them that should be against the law they said they tried.and there was nothing they could do by the eay car gurus had my exact car priced at 12000.00. With my cars vin # and where to get it.the dealership said that car gurus lies so who do u believe
