1985 Chevy Truck no power uphill--correcting previous question.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have a 1985 Chevy Truck 1/2 Ton, 350, 700R4.  Will not exceed 45-50 MPH
up hill with foot to floor.  Especially backs down when pulling light trailer. New
plugs, filters, tune etc.  Please advise on sequence of event to check out.
