2000 Mustang GT

Asked by GuruZWTST Oct 18, 2017 at 11:51 AM

Question type: General

I disconnected the battery because it was going to sit for
a week.  Afterwards I connected the battery but my car
won't start. I ran the battery down trying to start the car.
I'm wondering if the chip in the key failed. I never had this
problem before.

May need a stronger battery but if you have a key fob then your computer may need re-programmed.
