What is rank?

You get a rank basically by how many questions you answer and how good you are at it

Someone other than the guru has to give the answer a thumbs up or give it best answer status. I could have the solution but get no points unless someone else thinks it is a good answer and hits the thumbs up as it was helpful.

Ive had my car on there for 2 days.Ive gotten 150+ views. Only one person has asked a question. He speaks english as a second language.My reply was "I dont understnad your question" I got a 3 of 11 What does that mean? I also think its terrible(and cheap) customer service when a Car Gurus relies on unpaid customers to answer questions.They probably have no liability with the alswers also.You have been helpful.thanks
