I'm getting fuel and fire won't start it's spinning
over fast why won't it start

If it's spinning over really fast then you may have lost compression, do a compression test on all the cylinders, if the compression is gone then you need to find out why, could be a cam or timing problem, or as bad as a totally fried engine.

if you can see the lifters through the oil fill cap see if they are bouncing when the motor turns
