If it does (my 98 f150 does) it will be on the dash somewhere for passenger side, as drivers side stays on. I think on most models the sensor(s) are under the seat(s) they sense the weight to know if anybody is in passenger seat and the drivers seat well if the ignition is on and the car is moving then their is some on in that seat. The connections may have corroded or bag has a issue that needs addressed or may not function or may when its not in a accident (un-likely), there are sensors to detect a accident may not be getting signal from, either way this needs the attention of a dealership or a certified shop to scan for this and service. Un-likely but it is possible for someone to steal air-bags out of cars to sell on the market and can do this with little evidence it was taken to of-course all the evidence in the world left it gone, so you may not have a air-bag and if this is a new to you truck that has the light on, all above apply plus that it may have been wrecked and air-bag deployed and all other damage repaired but no air-bag installed.

My 98 takes the ignition key to turn passenger side on and off. It on the dash on other side of radio.
