2010 F150 4x4 sudden complete loss of throttle power & won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Last night I was traveling from OKC to San Antonio and 60 miles from my destination & going 70 mph  I lost all
throttle response.  I managed to get off the highway to the access road, pulled over , and truck died.  I tried to start
it and it turned over but wouldn't start and sounded like starter was sticking on until I completely turned  ignition
off.  Had it towed 60 miles to the house and  this morning I found that #45 fuse was melted which I cleaned &
replaced.  Truck won't even turn over and the car with lock symbol is on instrument panel.
