Title and registration in Texas

Right after I purchased my vehicle from
an individual I wrecked it. Therefore I
was unable to get it transferred into my
name and registered because I couldn't
drive it to go get the inspection done. I
did get my inspection done but I haven't
gotten the title transferred and
registration. in the state of Texas will
they forgive some of the late charges if
the vehicle was not drivable?

Doubtful. I've never met a license or title bureau that forgave fees for any reason, but you could always ask.
