potential buyer when this thing went to
processing… It shows I have one unread email
however I cannot access it while it is processing
and may lose the sale where the buyer was going to
Look at the car this afternoon is there anyway I can
get this addressed quickly?

Same issue. This is incredibly frustrating and an unpleasant customer experience. I have a buyer I was talking to last night about viewing my vehicle today at 3:30pm. I'm now unable to communicate and exchange contact/location information. This will likely push us back a whole week before we can reconnect. I understand the need to force a response on whether the car is still for sale, but can't this be done while preserving existing conversation discussions?
