Car won’t start.

I go to turn the key and I get nothing. Not a click nothing.
Something clicks under the hood when I turn the key but
idk what all my lights come on in the car though. ! I know
NOTHING about cars.  2001 Ford Taurus SE

Ignition needs to be replaced. Try pushing the car just a little and try turning it on again.
