Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2001 Ford f150 XLT extended cab 5.4 liter
truck was running fine all day and then I parked it
for a few hours and then I started the truck and it
ran really ruff but made it home and came out the
next morning to start it and it want start but it
seems to be getting fuel and will get sluggish and
back fire sometimes. I can't afford to take it to the
shop so I was hoping to get some advice on what
it could be and what I should try to get started.

Fuel pressure is my first guess, but in all actuality a live data scan is going to have to be performed before any kind of call on what could really be wrong, it only takes one sensor or a bad ground to mess things up.
