can anyone confirm that a 1996 cadilla seville has a fuse to control license plate lighting ? and where would i find and identify the correct one,i replaced the bulbs with leds and they will not come on,all over lighting is working thru out the car.thanks for help

All lighting has a fuse but it may be shared with other things. If you do not have a list of fuses check them all. It will only take a couple of minutes.

Some after market LED's are crap. Try a regular bulb.
