You can do it 2 ways. Get a turkey baster and suck out as much of the reservoir as possible and add new then do this about 4 times within 2 weeks and most of the old will be out. Or, follow the return line down and take the clamp off and let it drain out. Put hose back on and refill with recommended fluid most of the time listed on cap. The second option will get more out but will also probably introduce air in the system so you will have to bleed out the system by letting it run and slowly turning the steering wheel from lock to lock a few times.
