I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 318
motor and I am wondering how do I know
if my transmission has been changed in
the last 30,000 miles

May can look to see if it looks like it has been removed, Mount Bolts/nut may look clean, edges worn from being wrenched on, new mounts, could be much cleaner then the engine, look its been serviced, new gasket, filter & fluid. Pry marks, Jack marks.
