Why do I see reviews but I can't leave one?

velde ford 488us 1 vero beach fl 32962 stay away.sales person fitzy fitzgerald very nice.after we got a final on car,when I went to closer the was $600.00 more ,he said it was dealer fee I give velde ford a 1of5 stay away from valde ford
