Go to the link at the bottom and see if that helps. If not and If you are on a computer and viewing CarGurus.com you should see a blue circle with a question mark on the bottom right. Click on this and type in email and hit enter. It will show up a bunch of FAQ pages and on the bottom right it will say "send a message". Click send a message and send it to the CarGurus team directly so they can look into this for you. http://cargurus.helpscoutdocs.com/article/144-how-does-private-buyer-seller- communication-work
