Probably not worth it. You would have to change the engine, engine mounts, transmission, transmission mounts, change the fuel tank and lines, create a new wiring harness, add fuel pump(s) and filters. There is a LOT of work involved. If it is a project and you are going to do it yourself, that's fine. Probably cost $10,000 - $15,000 to have a shop do the work.
