Why sell a vehicle if you wont contact buyer!????

This site doesn't sell cars, anymore than Craiglist or Auto Trader does. People can list car classifieds here for free. Unfortunately most of them are too lazy to take down their ads after they've sold them and just find it easier to not respond to inquiries. (or abandon the email account associated with their ad). sucks, but that is life.

Cargurus is like the mafia. If you don't give them money they still will list your cars but not give the customer the dealership name or phone number or provide a number for the customer. Than they ask the customer if the dealership called them. The answer is no because nobody has a phone number making it look like the dealership does not follow up and give you a bad review. I give CarGuru 0.0 stars. They don't allow a response to a bad review. But if you give them $900 a month they will remove any bad review. Dishonest and predatory business practices.
