Power supply for fuse box on 2005 Ram 1500

I removed and cleaned the powe post for
the fuse box. Now all I get is a red light on
the dash that flashes and beeps (like a
home computer rebooting) and I have no
power to anything!

you didn't connect it back right try to do it over to connect it properly
