will the complete rear end assembley from a 2000 4x4 ford excursion fit in my 2000 ford 4x4 f 350

From what I have found the F350 has a D60 rear axle and the F250 has the D50. I think there would be no problem using the Excursion rear axle but you would de-rate your truck somewhat.
