Honda CR-V won't crank

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 2000 Honda CR-V. Just replaced
the pads and rotors. Went for a test drive,
came home and turned the car off. When I
went to turn the car on again, nothing
happened. When the key is turned to start,
the break light is illuminated, even though
the parking break is off and fluid is full.
What could be causing this?

check your battery first, probe it with a voltmeter to see if you have more than 12Volts
