What do I even start to look at & is
it better to buy from an individual
than a lot

You can start to look at vehicles that fit your transportation needs, like style, fit, & function. Buying from an individual can cost less up front, but the vehicle probably has not been checked over by a certified tech like if you purchase from a car lot.
