ABS and break lights

My 99 dodge ram 1500 pick up ABS and break light
comes out every time I drive it pass 65 mph I
change the ABS MODULE speed sensor and the
lights keep on showing

My thoughts are concerning the tone ring. What is the condition of the wheel bearing?
