2001 blazer not starting.

Getting fuel to filter but truck not
starting until i spray starting fluid
in it. Shut it off and will not start
until spraied again.

BUT IS THERE VOLUME/PRESSURE AFTER THE FILTER...REPLACE FUEL FILTER ..CONFIRM BEFORE CHECKING OTHER THINGS
