1993 dodge w150 will start but cuts off when put in reverse/drive

My truck starts fine and will run in idle for as long
as i will let it. As soon as i go to put it in drive and
or reverse it cuts off. I have replaces all the spark
plugs and wires including the coil and iac sensor. I
have also cleaned the carb and replaced the fuel
pump and filter along with the tps sensor.

Check these items the EGR Valve, Crankshaft Position Sensor and the fuel regulator
