Oil trash

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The silver plastic on the top of the ' bottle' of oil fell
in with the oil. What do i do?

get it out / take to a mechanic. That's going to probably get stuck in there if you run the car.

The foil could block an oil passage so have the valve cover removed and the foil cleaned out. No big deal. I would not drive it except straight to the mechanic.
