2016 ford fusion se 1.5 liter eco boost

Why can't I hear the turbo when I rev the engine like your
head nothing besides the engine reving it's self but no turbo
or any whistle sound ??

Most modern turbos do not have a blow off valve...your talking about that hissing sounding it would make. Try driving it on the road, then hot-dogging it, see if you notice a boost of power, that's usually the turbo. They try to not make them noisy and the hoods / firewall are well insulated to keep engine noise muffled.

Little turbos like those used on the 1.5 make very little noise. If it is running properly don't worry about it.
