99 grand marquis

My 99 grand Marquis will not turn over when I try it
makes a clicking sound. I recently replaced the
starter & it's still doing the same thing! Somebody
please help me asap!

Yes this sounds like a weak battery. Have the battery and alternator tested. Clean and tighten the battery connections.
