Probable bad head gasket. Check your engine oil for coolant and the coolant for oil.

Well the thing is we just replaced as the gaskets from the intake up wee put a new fuel pressure regular catalatic converter a new mass air flew senser and it just started smoking again?

Did you have the heads checked for warp and for cracks? Maybe the intake gaskets are leaking. There should be a warranty on the work that was done.
