Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had my 2003 dodge neon on ramps so I could
change the oil and before I put new oil in it I turn on
the key but didn't crank it so I could put it in neutral
so I could roll off, and when I shifted it into neutral it
sounded like it slammed when I did it, after I put oil
in and everything I put in drive but it wouldn't go, so
I tried reverse, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear and it
wouldn't move. It will shift back into park but when I
put it in drive and press the gas it just reves the
motor. What may be causing this? If you know
anything even close to what might causing it please
let me know
