Suddenly my car radio won't turn on, no
weird speaker noise, also when I try to
unlock the doors sometimes it doesn't and
last today the back window won't roll up?
Any suggestions?

Check fuses and battery connections. and Check body grounds and engine grounds for loose or corroded connections. Check grounds in both kick panels. Toyota will act really stupid without proper grounds. Check door loom on driver side for any broke or pinched ground or broke or pinched voltage leads.
