Are you getting any codes for lean condition? If so. Hook up a scanner and monitor engine load while accelerating at wot. If load does not reach at least 94% mass air flow sensor is faulty

1995 Jeep Cherokee OverheatingHello all,Got a slight over-heating problem with my Jeep. Actually I noticed this from about 2 years ago and it's still the same today.When I'm stuck in bad traffic, or sit at a red light for too long, the temperature gauge would slowly creep upwards over the middle marker toward the third marker. I have not had it sitting idle for so long that it went into the last red region.But as soon as I start driving again, the temperature drops back down below just under the halfway mark.To me it sounds like an airflow problem, i.e. the engine is not getting enough airflow when it's sitting idle.Could this be the fan? Or a clogged or dirty radiator?I see two fans. The fan on the right always spins. The fan on the left does not spin when the engine is started. how do i fix my drive by wire i have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 4x4 4 door truck and it cuts out on me while driven can i have it reprogrammed or do i have to buy a new unit for iti know when i drive down the road and it cuts out and i pull over to rerstart it wont start unless i turn the key all of the way off and back on to the on position only and push on the gas pedal down and then let it back up it will start rite back up that is the way to reset the throttle and it does work but there has to be a point when it is not gunna work anymore so what do i do 4 Answers

hey guys having a problem keeping my temp down when pulling off to do a little 4 wheelin driving down the road its fine at 210 then off road it starts to slowly climb and never goes bacl down have elec fans hooked up has new radiater and new water pump new head and head gasket tried 3 diff thermostats and still getting same results even took out my a/c condensor to make breathing room for my other elec fan and still after 45 min of road time and straight spikes back up when pull off road does anyone know what else could make it run hott.help!!! 1 Answer
