Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a Mustang fox body the guy that I got
it from said that his friend broke the fly wheel and
they replaced it with a new one now it's making a
loud grinding noise is it possible that they put on
the 157 tooth and instead of the 164 tooth? ?

That would make sense. Mark a tooth and then count them threw the starter access hole, or if there is a inspection cover, take it down to be able to see.
