how long should a dealer keep a sold listing on your site before it should be taken down?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

the dealer at 2901 Arsenal St Louis, Mo 63118 lists two vehicles under $1000.00.  When I stopped in today, I was told one was just sold ,'this morning'.  Also, their cash cars have salvage titles.  Should that be somewhere in the add?
