Engine light, battery light and oil light are on

I have a 94 mercury tracer my engine light oil light and
battery are all on. I'm my car keeps stopping and revs
itself up to 4 rpms while idle. I replaced ignition cool and
that's not the problem.

Your joking ... no? The oil light coming on should force you to park the car .. forget the other warning lights' If the car has all these problems it should not even start ,,, and if you drive it with and oil light on you have turned your car into a boat anchor ...
