Is it my starter

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Buick regal that won't turn over it
just clicks rapidly instead... I've already got a new
battery and alternator... Is it the starter or starter
relay?

I think you have a bad battery connection. Clean and tighten the battery cable ends and the battery terminals. Also look for corrosion on the battery cables.
