Lemon report is bad news, stay away, it means that the vehicle has spend more time in a shop than on the road. They will try to tell you that it is fixed, but usually they have not been dealt with and just want to unload it.

The Lemon Law varies from State to State. But basically the law gives consumers the right to make a vehicle manufacturer buy back a vehicle that has multiple problems or a single problem that can't be fixed in a reasonable amount of tries and within a reasonable amount of time. If a vehicle you're interested in has a "lemon" branded title keep shopping. There's something wrong with it that can't be fixed. HTH. -Jim
