Yup, NEVER buy a car with a lemon history. It’ll also usually have had more than one owner, which means the second owner had problems too. Usually I’ll be ok with a couple of owners, depending on the type of car, but I skip right over any lemon history!

Does lemon history only relate to when it was new? I'm looking at a 2011 car with "Lemon history reported" and so wonder if that was in the past?
