Do you need to re program after changing my wiring loom

need more ifo... it should be ok.. ..what year?

It's a 56 plate car I got it a few months and have already spent 700 and it's still not starting, you old owner said the fuse box had melted a year back, I have got 2 new fuse boxes and a wiring loom and still no luck, any help would be great full
