2015 Yukon Denali won't start

My 2015 yukon Denali won't start. No lights are on, not even security lights, no turn over, no noise-
just completely dead. My husband checked the battery with his tool that detects power (I know
nothing about cars),  but my husband is very handy when it comes to this stuff. However he seems
pretty stumped at the moment. He only did quick check of some stuff under the hood and then
had to go to work. Any ideas?

I guess I should add that neither key sets are working either- can't even lock it.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong? This same thing is happening to my 2014 Yukon Denali.

I own a 2015yukon Denali and the no start condition happened had it taken to local gmc dealer and they had to replace fuse block out under hood worked great for about two months and happen again this time we were able to jump off now afraid to drive it
